My ten-year-old son Owen is taking over my blog today! Owen is a fourth-grader and he loves to write (typically short stories) and he’s a pro at coming up with mind-boggling “Would You Rather” riddles (he shared a few below). Enjoy!
Sometimes people think that everyone can be anything. But come on! Have you ever seen someone be a pen or desk? I didn’t think so! If you could, what would be the point of going to school?
Speaking of school, my teacher asked me what I want to learn about when I go to 5th grade. At this point, my greatest concern is why people don’t just put boxes on our heads and we will instantly be smart! Wait, maybe I will invent that!
Ok, I have a question. What’s the point of every single day of school except high school and college. I mean every other grade is just preparing us for the next! I mean, why can’t a baby learn algebra? Just because they can’t speak doesn’t mean they aren’t smart!
Every teacher has a favorite student. Maybe because they are the funniest or smartest or most commonly the nicest. I am probably not the favorite student but I don’t know, there’s still a chance!
My favorite subject is writing. Probably because I love writing. If I didn’t I would not be writing this. But I just love the fact that I can type or write down anything. I’m not trying to brag, but I have a document that is 16 pages long!
Every time I’m at school I always read my mom’s blog posts. If it was from a year ago, or just a random day. It always makes me feel like I’m at home sitting on the couch with her.
Until Next Time,
Owen (and Neko!)
WOULD YOU RATHER:
Go down in history for being bad
OR
Have nobody care or recognize you
Die by drowning
OR
Die by getting run over
Have everyone hate you
OR
Have everyone ignore you
Be the only happy person in the world
OR
Be the only sad person in the world
Owen did a great job!!!! and you! Love to all
