Marco Polo app

My friend introduced me to this app and I’m obsessed! Basically, Marco Polo is a video walkie-talkie. You know how you can send a text message but you can’t tell if the person is being sarcastic, mad, happy, etc.? Marco Polo takes the guesswork out of it! You can even start a group chat. It guarantees you fiddle with your hair while you’re doing a video and you’ll always have that friend that you have to listen to at 2x speed because she talks forever (wait, is that me?). Audiobooks

This is a generic category, I know. However, I’ve just discovered the joy of listening to a book. The last few years I’ve been on a non-fiction book kick and like to highlight and take notes in my books. A friend recommended I try Hoopla (I can check out free audiobooks through my local library) and I’ve been hooked ever since! I still read regular books, but like to have an audiobook option when I’m driving.

Instant Pot Beef Stew

I had planned to make beef stew the other day but forgot to put it in the crockpot that morning. #fail. So I decided I’d pull out my Instant Pot and give it a shot (I have a love/hate relationship with my IP). This recipe from The Salty Marshmallow (LOVE the name) was a win!! Hooray! And a miracle!
